An exquisite five course modern Hungarian menu combining classic flavours and exceptional presentation of six excellent wine varieties from Mátra Hill produced by Kis-Benedek Wine Cellars. Host of the evening – Head Winemaker Mr. György Kis-Benedek from Gyöngyös, Hungary. (KisBenedekPinceszet)
Star guest of the evening - the young singer Paulina Kocsis will perform during the dinner.
After the dinner our guests will have the possibility to buy the loved wines at discount prices directly from the winemaker with the own signature of
Mr. Kis-Benedek, the Head Winemaker.

1. Mátrai Irsai Olivér 2016 white, dry

Aperitif

2. Mátrai Müller Thurgau 2016 white, dry

Zucchini tower stuffed with Ricotta and Feta cheese, dressed with herbed olive oil

3. Mátrai Welschriesling (seprűn érlelt) 2015 white, dry  

Creamy white turnip soup with bacon chips

4. Mátrai Rosé (Cabernet Sauvignon - Blaufränkisch) 2016 rosé, dry

Grilled catfish topped with melted Cheddar cheese, served with baked cauliflower and baby carrots

5. Mátrai Cabernet Franc 2013 red, dry

Mangalitsa pork medallion rolls stuffed with paprika chicken, served with fresh ratatouille and Jasmine rice

6. Mátrai Zenit (Late harvest) 2013 white, sweet

Mascarpone cream with apricot puree and white chocolate coating
