Our memories of Krúdy during Carnival. A new emerging winemaker, Barnabas Radics, offers his artisan wines from Tokay and Somló as a new generation of memories about Krudy. Our chef Zoltán Mályi created fantastic 5 course menu, in which he included meals from the beginning of the previous century. Come, taste and tell, what you think about them.

First Course

Veal tongue, smoked knuckle and goose leg in jelly served with horseradish sauce

Second Course

Creamy crayfish soup and rustic toast with truffle

Wine: Bükkaljai Kékfrankos rosé (dry) 2012

Third Course

Rustic Piglet Roast with Cabbage Strudel

Wine: Nagy-Somlói Olaszrizling (white, dry) 2009

Fourth Course

Deer Ragout with Chanterelle Mushrooms seasoned with Thyme, served in tartlet

Wine:  Surprise!  Syrah (red, dry) 2012 (wine from the cask)

Carnival Donut with Barbara Apricot salsa

After the dinner our guests will have the possibility to buy the loved wines at discount prices directly from the winemaker with his own signature.
